Has played with an impressive line of artists including Doug Williams.

He has spent a number of years working in Europe with some of the best Latin and Jazz musicians. Gary Cox, Zé Manuel, Paulo Philipe, Zé Lima, Boni Godoi, Patricia Colaço, Tony Holly and Matt Lester.

James has also featured some of these musicians in his own band that has performed in International Jazz festivals in Portugal. James formal qualifications include a degree in music performance at Southern Cross University majoring in guitar with Jim Kelly.

James presently spends his time working between Australia and Europe with Mistura Fina
