Mistura Fina is the union of Guitarist/Singer James de Sousa and Double Bassist/Singer Debra Anderson.  The two have been playing this music throughout Australia, Portugal and Spain.

The music is Brazilian, Bossa Nova, Samba and Jazz, which is primarily influenced by Joaġ Gilberto. The music consisits of many great Brazilian song writers such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Chico Buarque, Gilberto Gil, Edu Lobo. Other influences include Joyce, Ana Caram, Elis Regina and Milton Nascimento.

The repertoire of Mistura Fina is sung in Portuguese,English and Spanish. Audiences have been very warming to the different languages.
